In Conditioning II,  participants will do weighted exercises to improve coordination, ab strength, endurance, and posture specifically for swimming. These classes will occur on land mixed with water skills. This course is a part of the Intermediate Series.

Course Objectives:
- Learn exercises to improve core stability with weights

- Learn exercises to improve overall strength with weights

- Learn exercises to improve endurance with weights

- Learn exercises to improve muscle strength for related swim skills
