In Conditioning I,  participants will learn body weight exercises to improve coordination, ab strength, endurance, and posture specifically for swimming. These classes will occur on land mixed with a few in-water skills. This course is a part of the Beginner Series.

Course Objectives:
- Learn exercises to improve core stability

- Learn exercises to improve overall strength

- Learn exercises to improve endurance

- Learn exercises to improve muscle strength for related swim skills

 Who this course is for:

- People who get tired easily when swimming

-People who have issues breathing while exercising
