Butterfly II

In Butterfly II, participants will improve the mechanics of Butterfly. Each skill component will be broken down for shallow and deep water mastery. This course is a part of the Advanced Series.

Prerequisite:

-Swim at least 15 yards with arm and leg coordination

 A skills assessment must be completed before registering.

Course Objectives:
- Refine arm and leg technique

- Improve rhythm and timing with equipment

- Be able to swim for 50 yards consecutively

- People who want to learn another stroke

-People training for competition

-People who want to swim for fitness/lifestyle
