Backstroke III

In Backstroke III, participants will primarily focus on endurance with swim sets and advanced drills. This course is a part of the Advanced Series.

Prerequisite:

-Swim at least 50 yards continuously

 A skills assessment must be completed before registering.

Course Objectives:
- Build endurance with swim sets focusing on Backstroke

- Swim with different types of equipment

- Focus on drills and reinforce proper technique

- People who want to swim longer distances

- People training for competition

- People who want to swim for fitness/lifestyle
