In Backstroke I, participants will learn how to swim backstroke, also known as front crawl. Each skill component will be broken down for shallow water mastery. This course is a part of the Beginner Series.
Course Objectives:
- Learn basic arm movements
- Learn how to coordinate arms, legs, and body
- Learn proper body positioning
-Learning breathing techniques to avoid breath-holding
-Be able to swim for 15 yards.
Who is course is for:
- People who want to learn to breath on their back the entire time while swimming
- People who want to learn another stroke
- People who want to swim on their back
-People who want to switch between Freestyle (Front Crawl) and Backstroke easily
